The International Conference on Idea of Bharat (23-25 February 2017), was hosted by Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal and Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) in New Delhi.
On the 24th of February Mr. D. Harish Kumar and Mrs. Krishna Agarwal Bauer represented Aeon Centre of Cosmology presenting a paper on the “Concept of Time” in Sri Aurobindo’s Supramental Yoga. The presentation highlighted the work of Patrizia Norelli-Bachelet on the role of time in the Supramental Yoga.
The presentation was well-received by scholars and laymen alike and was followed by a question and answer session. After the presentation many professors and scholars expressed interest in the teachings of Thea. We offered them a glimpse of Thea’s work and introduced them to her monograph ‘Ganga – Soul of Indian Culture’ which contains the essence of Thea’s Indocentric cosmology.
